Jan 2017 Maintenance Report
The Grand Forks ATV Club is continuing to service the amenities along their stewardship section of the Trans Canada Trail. The section from Fife to Cascade West has three outhouses, four picnic tables and one large Kiosk. The users this winter have been few, we have noted cross country skiers and walkers. Access to the trail is best at Santa Rosa. Fife and Cascade West are more difficult with little parking available. GFATV has asked Emcon if they could clear out the access where the trail crosses Highway 395 for all users to have safe access.
Last year GFATV did their first maintenance on the trail March 13. Wonder what the date will be this year?
